You will need to contact your district BCeSIS Helpdesk /Technology support for the enrollment key and web address for your courses.

For BCeSIS Contacts/Administrators

Public School districts have three options for giving access to the courses to their teachers:

Plan 1: Flexible Plan
In this plan we host the courses and provide the server and bandwidth capacity for your school district. Your school district will receive your own installation of the courses with a custom URL: (ie. sd00.trainingforbcesis.com) . Your teachers will have access to all the courses in the system. This plan is flexible because you only pay for your usage. You pay $1/active teacher/month. There is a minimum $50/month fee which includes the first 50 active teachers. An teacher is considered active if they have logged into the system in the last month. (ie. if a teacher doesn't login for a month they are not active and you don't pay for them). This plan is perfect for school districts with few teachers or only infrequent teacher training requirements.

Plan 2: Flat-rate Plan
In this plan we host the courses and provide the server and bandwidth capacity for your school district. Your school district will receive your own installation of the courses with a custom URL: (ie. sd00.trainingforbcesis.com). Your teachers will have access to all the courses in the system. For this plan you pay $300/month for unlimited number of teachers. This plan is perfect for districts with large number of teachers or a large number of new teachers each year.

Plan 3: License Plan
If you already have a Moodle site and server setup you can just license the courses from us. We send you a course file that contains the materials and you can load it into your server. For this plan you pay $2500/year for a site license for unlimited number of users.
